香港连续出现流感重症病例 【#香港连续出现流感重症病例#】#香港出现流感重症病例已致1死# 据广州日报，香港特区政府卫生署卫生防护中心（以下简称中心）公布，10月20日公布一宗儿童感染甲型流感的严重个案，21日再接获另一宗严重个案。中心再次呼吁学校和家长尽快安排学童和子女免费接种季节性流感疫苗，因为接种流感疫苗是最有效预防流感及其并发症的方法之一，亦可减低重症及死亡的风险。21日的个案涉及一名有长期病患的两岁女童。她10月10日开始出现发烧、咳嗽和气促，10月16日到玛嘉烈医院急症室求医，需留院治理，目前情况危殆。她的鼻咽拭子样本经化验后，证实对甲型流感（H1）呈阳性反应，临床诊断为甲型流感并发严重肺炎。女童尚未接种2025／26季度流感疫苗。她的家居接触者暂时没有病征，她就读的学校近日亦没有出现流感暴发的情况。中心总监徐乐坚医生说：“本港正值夏季流感季节，学校的流感样疾病暴发个案自九月起大幅上升。截至10月21日，涉及学校的暴发个案共有587宗，包括幼稚园／幼儿中心（62宗）、小学（315宗）及中学（210宗）。计及上述个案，中心由开学至今录得十二宗涉及儿童流感的严重个案，当中包括一宗死亡个案，年龄介乎2至17岁，其中九人过往的健康状况良好。”（视频内容为此前报道 视频来源：果然视频）
