索尼手机淡出中国大陆市场，十余年征程步入尾声

【TechWeb】近日，索尼Xperia官方微信公众号已自主注销，账号进入冻结状态，无法查看历史内容或进行功能操作。与此同时，索尼中国官网首页也已撤下“手机”分类入口，其官方微博账号长期未有更新。这一系列行动，被外界解读为索尼手机业务在中国市场进入实质收缩阶段的信号。回顾过往，索尼在中国大陆发布的最后一款机型是2023年9月推出的Xperia 5 V，此后Xperia 1 VI与Xperia 1 VII等后续产品均未在中国大陆上市。尽管索尼中国曾在2024年3月回应称手机业务仍在稳健运营，中国仍是其重要海外市场之一，但近期的多项调整似乎指向了不同的走向。2025年7月，索尼进一步宣布，原手机业务专属域名sonyxperia.com.cn将于8月5日停用，用户需转至索尼中国主站相关页面查询产品信息，售后服务也迁移至统一服务平台。这一动作被视为索尼手机在中国市场进入“静默退场”的标志。索尼手机在中国的发展历程可追溯至2013年推出的Xperia Z1，其防水设计与影像能力曾收获不少好评。更早之前，Xperia品牌诞生于2008年的“索尼爱立信”时代，2012年索尼完成对爱立信持股的全资收购后，Xperia正式成为索尼移动通信旗下的智能手机品牌。尽管索尼手机在影像、音频、屏幕等硬件层面屡获认可，但其系统体验长期存在本土化不足的问题。接近原生Android的系统虽流畅，却对中国用户不够友好。为改善这一局面，索尼曾在2022年与魅族Flyme合作，在Xperia 1 IV中预装部分应用并引入负一屏等功能，但合作未触及系统底层，体验提升有限。加之Xperia系列定价偏高，品牌影响力逐渐减弱，索尼手机在中国市场面临华为、苹果、小米、OPPO、vivo等品牌的激烈竞争，市场份额持续萎缩。截至目前，索尼尚未正式宣布退出中国手机市场，但从公众号注销、官网分类调整到专属域名停用，一系列迹象表明，索尼手机在中国大陆的运营已接近尾声。未来，索尼或将更专注于其具有技术优势的影像传感器、游戏、娱乐及显示等领域，而手机业务，则悄然成为一代用户记忆中的历史片段。
