来源：现代快报 男子劫杀足浴女技师被执行死刑 2023年下半年，38岁的陕西商洛男子王某因赌博欠下巨额债务，产生了抢劫失足女的念头。同年12月17日，王某以嫖娼为由诱骗51岁的足浴店技师黄某见面。当晚8点多，王某将黄某带到陕西省镇安县某小区一房间发生性关系，之后王某持尖刀逼问黄某手机密码未果，黄某反抗呼救，王某持刀捅刺黄某胸颈部等处40多刀，致黄某死亡。之后王某将黄某尸体掩埋。
@现代快报 记者了解到，这并非王某第一次实施抢劫。2020年5月24日，王某以嫖娼为由将被害人余某骗到一酒店房间。当晚10时许，两人发生性关系，王某用尖刀抵住余某的颈部，逼问她手机密码。余某将手机解锁后，王某用余某手机向自己转账19999元，之后坐出租车逃离现场。为防止余某报警，他将余某的手机一并带走。不过，此事发生后，王某的堂兄代为退还了余某19999元，王某将余某手机归还，于是余某没有报警。
陕西省商洛市中级人民法院一审以抢劫罪判处王某死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。宣判后，王某未上诉。陕西省高级人民法院依法复核，同意对王某的判决，并报请最高人民法院核准。最高人民法院核准了死刑。今年10月30日，商洛市中级人民法院对王某验明正身，执行死刑。
