开放力度近年来最大！十部门：我国首张物流开放清单来了

每经AI快讯，今天，国家发展改革委、国家数据局、交通运输部等十部门对外发布《关于推动物流数据开放互联 有效降低全社会物流成本的实施方案》，着力破除物流行业发展中的“数据孤岛”。十部门提出，夯实物流数据开放互联基础，推动物流公共数据开放互联，促进企业物流数据市场化流通利用。具体举措包括：拓展物联网、人工智能等技术的规模化应用，实现物流数据实时采集、广泛连接和高效汇聚；打通多式联运数据堵点，促进多式联运“一单制”“一箱制”落地；鼓励企业面向冷链、医药等专业物流发展需要，开发多样化物流数据产品和服务等。推动物流公共数据开放互联，是本次《实施方案》里的重中之重。我国首张物流公共数据共享开放清单也随之发布，共享开放力度为近年来最大。根据新发布的国家物流公共数据共享开放清单，交通运输部、海关总署、中国民航局、国铁集团等部门单位，将实时或是按日、按月、按季度对十大类数据进行共享开放，细分项涵盖航班计划、船舶轨迹、高速公路货车流量、通关状态等。相关物流企业可以利用这些公共数据，优化自身运输、仓储、管理等资源的配置，从而降低物流成本。本次物流数据开放互联，已经在武汉、宁波、重庆等东中西部16个试点城市陆续推进。（央视新闻）
