广西百色通报：两公职人员涉嫌性侵共同聚餐女性，已被刑拘

百色市委市政府联合调查组11月11日发布情况通报：
近日，我市凌云县公安局接到群众报警，称酒后遭到性侵。接警后，凌云县公安局第一时间依法立案侦查。因案件涉嫌公职人员违纪违法，市委、市政府已成立联合调查组开展工作，自治区公安厅等部门已派人到现场对案件侦办等工作给予指导。
经初查，凌云县公职人员腊某某（男）、农某某（男）涉嫌对2名共同聚餐的女性在其醉酒后实施性侵犯罪行为，谢某某（男）涉嫌参与犯罪行为。公安机关已对相关犯罪嫌疑人依法刑事拘留，案件正在进一步侦办中，将依法从严处理。目前，相关部门已按照法定程序对3人免职，纪检监察机关已对3人进行立案审查调查。
腊某某等人身为党员干部，严重违反党纪国法，性质恶劣，影响极坏。市委、市政府对党员干部违纪违法犯罪行为绝不姑息，坚决查处。
