根据多地消费者在社交平台的反馈，自10月以来，西贝关闭了西安大悦城店、陕西渭南吾悦广场店、汕头万象城店、深圳西丽万科云城店、义乌的义乌之心店、南京六合欢乐港店、苏州繁花中心店、北京石景山京西珠宝城店。11月11日，西贝通过官方微博回应称，开店、闭店属于餐饮行业正常的经营行为，西贝每年都会基于经营情况对门店数量进行动态调整。今年西贝门店同样保持动态调整，近期包括深圳、汕头、义乌等地门店闭店，均属于正常调整范畴。 西贝称，在2025年12月31日之前，西贝还将陆续开业8家门店，分别位于深圳、南京、长沙、北京、廊坊、西安。不过，西贝的门店数确实较年初有明显缩减。根据西贝此前官方的口径，无论是截至今年2月还是截至今年5月，西贝都拥有近400家门店。而南都·湾财社记者根据西贝官方小程序披露的城市门店数统计，截至11月11日，西贝在全国的门店数量为354家，北京和上海门店数最多，分别有64家和63家门店，深圳和成都各有21家和14家门店，居于第三和第四，广州则有8家门店。针对近期门店经营的恢复情况，11月11日，南都·湾财社记者向西贝相关负责人进一步了解情况，截至发稿，尚未收到回复。来源 | 南方都市报审核 | 卢长银编辑 | 徐璐明
