特朗普：不再资助乌克兰

据俄罗斯卫星社11月11日报道，美国总统特朗普表示，美国不再资助乌克兰，而是通过北约供应武器收钱。
特朗普在白宫向记者称：“我们不再向乌克兰付钱，现在他们通过北约向我们付钱。”
报道称，特朗普在谈及乌克兰冲突时说：“如果当时我是总统，这场战争永远不会发生；如果不是我当总统，这场战争可能会引发三战。这不会发生。”
他还指出：“别忘了我已经结束八场战争，第九场也快了，我认为我会关心这场战争的。”
特朗普强调，美国作为一个国家疑似因乌克兰局势受损。他说：“我们支付了3500亿美元。”
特朗普此前曾评估美国前任政府交给基辅的武器价值这么多钱。
