独家：中国移动投资公司原总经理范冰再兼要职 任长安汽车外部董事

运营商财经网 吴碧慧/文据中国长安汽车集团消息，中国移动投资公司原董事长、总经理范冰调走后再兼要职，出任中国长安汽车集团外部董事，这一人事任命也再次揭开了范冰的新动向。 其实，范冰早在几个月前就调离中国移动，转任央企专职外部董事，一周后，他同时兼任国家开发投资集团有限公司外部董事。如今，这也是他三个月内的第三次任命。与一般的央企外部董事不同，范冰1971年出生，今年54岁，尚未到退休年龄，而是担任有实职的央企专职外部董事，此次同样也是兼任中国长安汽车集团外部董事。范冰此前在通信行业知名度很高，拥有长达20多年的工作经历，历任集团市场部副主任、北京移动总经理助理、副总经理、西藏移动总经理、中国移动投资公司总经理、董事长等职，在市场营销、战略投资等工作领域均“战绩满满”。如今，他从通信行业的“一线大将”转变为央企管理者，足以证明其此前的工作能力深受认可，有望提升央企决策水平和风险防范能力。另外，当时与范冰一同从通信行业二级干部调任央企专职外部董事的还有上海联通原总经理沈洪波，他目前同时兼任中国电子集团外部董事。看得出来，近年来，运营商行业越来越多的高管得到重用，而他们具有丰富的工作经验和专业能力，这也是最大的优势之一。（：吴碧慧）
