英伟达要求台积电扩大50%晶圆产能 Blackwell需求暴涨

英伟达CEO黄仁勋日前要求台积电将3纳米晶圆产能提升多达50%，以满足爆发式增长的Blackwell AI芯片订单需求。
Blackwell平台拉动3纳米产能激增
黄仁勋在11月8日台积电于新竹举办的年度运动会上表示，公司正经历“极其强劲的需求”，并已要求增加晶圆供给。此次扩产将把台积电的3纳米月产能从目前的10万至11万片提升至约16万片，其中约3.5万片将专供英伟达。
黄仁勋解释称：“英伟达不仅制造GPU，还生产CPU、网络与交换芯片，因此Blackwell平台涉及大量芯片。”台积电董事长魏哲家证实黄仁勋“确实提出了要晶圆”的请求，但未透露具体数量。
存储厂商全线加码 供应链全面扩容
AI热潮的产能提升已扩散至整个供应链。黄仁勋表示，英伟达已从SK海力士、三星电子与美光科技三大存储供应商获得最新样品，这些厂商正“迅速扩大产能”以满足需求。
SK海力士2026年全部产能已售罄，并计划加大投资以支撑这波AI“超级周期”；三星则确认正与英伟达密切磋商，为2026年底推出的下一代Rubin平台供应HBM4高带宽内存。
黄仁勋称台积电是“全球的骄傲”，并强调双方三十年的合作关系“没有台积电，就没有今天的英伟达”。扩产不仅将支持现有的Blackwell芯片，还将覆盖Blackwell Ultra GB300与Vera Rubin等下一代平台，均采用台积电先进的N3P工艺制造。
台积电预计，其3纳米与5纳米产能将被AI、云计算及高性能运算订单全面占满至2026年。
